Role Summary

Health Answers by Pfizer is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Growth & Analytics to lead our consumer acquisition and analytics strategy. This role will be instrumental in shaping how we reach, engage, and learn from consumers across digital channels. You will be accountable for driving measurable gains in consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-informed growth strategies and analytics. As a strategic partner to product, technology, content, and marketing teams, youβ€šΓ„Γ΄ll ensure our investments and analytics capabilities are tightly aligned with our consumer-first mission and goals. Your work will contribute to delivering meaningful digital experiences that support better health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy in partnership with our agency, aligned to Health Answers by Pfizerβ€šΓ„Γ΄s growth goals and consumer engagement priorities.
  • Oversee media planning, buying, optimization, and performance reporting across channels (search, social, display, programmatic, etc.).
  • Ensure media investments are data-driven, ROI-positive, and aligned with brand and product objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging and assets are optimized for paid channels.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging media trends to inform strategy and innovation.
  • Lead the end-to-end analytics strategy for Health Answers by Pfizer, ensuring data is leveraged to drive consumer engagement, product optimization, and growth.
  • Oversee Adobe Analytics implementation and governance, including custom tracking, data collection strategies, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Design scalable analytics frameworks and reporting solutions that translate business and product requirements into actionable insights.
  • Build and automate dashboards and performance reports aligned to product KPIs, enabling real-time visibility into consumer behavior and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and content teams to define tracking requirements, maintain data integrity, and present insights to senior leadership with clarity and impact.
  • Act independently on strategic initiatives, applying judgment and foresight to shape analytics capabilities that support long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS with at least 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, and analytics, preferably in consumer health or tech.
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics, including implementation and advanced configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and translating data into business impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with product, technology, and marketing teams.
  • Passion for consumer-first thinking and data-driven decision making.
