Role: Director of FP&A supporting manufacturing, R&D, commercial, and G&A within a biopharma organization; responsible for financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting in a regulated, capital-intensive environment. Responsibilities: lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts; analyze revenue considering dose yields, isotope availability, shelf-life, reimbursements, and market access; prepare management reports with insights and risks; present financial results to leadership; develop KPIs, dashboards, and improve reporting systems; oversee Capex tracking, internal reporting, and audits; mentor FP&A team; partner cross-functionally to enhance processes and ensure compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related (CPA or advanced degree preferred); 8+ years FP&A experience, preferably within manufacturing or pharma; strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills; proven leadership and team management; experience with ERP and Excel; excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
