Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Role: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) leading financial strategy and reporting for Schrödinger's Therapeutics Group (STG). Responsibilities: own annual planning, forecasts, long-term financial modeling, performance analysis, and KPI development; prepare executive-ready presentations; support portfolio prioritization and resource allocation; enhance FP&A processes, automation, and data quality; collaborate with accounting on closing cycles; develop talent within the team. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance; proven experience managing finance teams; advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, enterprise planning, BI tools; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred. High-Value: biotech/life sciences experience, familiarity with R&D financials, product development, licensing, and partnerships; experience in public, global, or matrixed organizations.
