Responsibilities:
- Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional immunology customer team to execute engagement strategies.
- Own the customer portfolio and overall customer experience; ensure accurate, trusted communications.
- Build/sustain relationships with senior leaders and industry thought leaders.
- Align account plans with payer and managed-care considerations (access/reimbursement).
- Deliver regional business results and meet defined P&L targets.
- Communicate and embed a customer-centric vision; motivate teams to shared goals.
- Support national strategy via cross-functional participation; identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Maximize business potential through payer/patient/HCP interactions.
- Provide input to set annual financial goals; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS; 10+ years pharmaceutical sales/marketing/managed care experience.
- 3+ years people management.
- 3+ years building/managing customer relationships.
- Resident of the U.S. Central region; travel up to 50% (overnights).
- Demonstrated ability to develop regional strategic plans and omnichannel execution; cross-functional partnership.
- Strong knowledge of regional healthcare dynamics (provider orgs, IDNs, specialty pharmacies, access/reimbursement).
- Track record building high-performing teams (strategic agility, business acumen, decision quality, managerial courage).
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- MBA/MS or advanced degree.
- Deep immunology experience, specifically IBD within Gastroenterology, with success in competitive markets/launches.

Required skills (high level): Customer engagement/portfolio & relationship building, people leadership, pharmaceutical sales, sales forecasting/pipeline/reporting, strategy development, managed care marketing, regulatory compliance.
