Director, Neuroscience Commercial Strategy β driving commercial & market innovation strategy and business operations projects across Neuroscience (Psychiatry, Migraine, Parkinsonβs Disease, and BOTOX Therapeutics).
Responsibilities:
- Lead key commercial on-market strategic initiatives to maximize patient impact of in-line brands
- Partner with brand teams to develop launch strategy for launch-ready products
- Lead longer-term growth initiatives (e.g., long-range strategy planning, BD assessment, roadmap and brand planning)
- Execute opportunities to drive operational effectiveness within/across business units with cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, HR)
- Develop business and operational reviews for senior Commercial and Executive leadership
- Collaborate with franchise teams and functions (Finance, Medical, R&D, Market Access, HEOR, MABI, Sales Training, Sales Force Effectiveness, Regulatory, Customer Experience, etc.) to develop strategic/operational projects
- Identify/scope strategic initiatives; lead end-to-end project execution; influence without authority
- Support data analytical execution and create narratives/communications for stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree (PhD, MD) preferred
- 5β7+ years industry experience (management consulting [2+ years], pipeline management, or pharma marketing) with strong analytical/strategic marketing skills
- Prior pharma R&D, corporate strategy, brand management and/or marketing experience
- Deep understanding of Neuroscience and Eye Care products (inline and in development)
