Director, National Site of Care

Role: Lead and develop the Site of Care field team responsible for establishing strategic relationships with organized care groups, health systems, and treatment centers to support early adoption of COMP360 psilocybin therapy for treatment-resistant depression. Responsibilities: oversee team recruitment, coaching, and performance; lead account segmentation, planning, and execution of launch strategies; support activation of treatment centers and address barriers to care; engage directly with key clinical and operational stakeholders; gather market intelligence and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and market access units to align site-of-care initiatives. Requirements: 10+ years in biopharma or biotech, preferably in CNS, psychiatry, or neuroscience; extensive experience managing field teams and complex product launches; strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills; proven ability to operate in matrix environments and influence across functions.
