This REMOTE role develops and manages strategic partnerships, B2B relationships, and contractual agreements with National Health Systems customers to establish national market access and maximize vaccine sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales/marketing objectives and operational targets; meet/exceed financial/revenue goals for assigned National Health Systems.
- Deliver KPIs for assigned customer segments.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships and execute contracts with high-value customers.
- Lead customer strategy: influence complex customers, understand internal decision processes, and evaluate external market influencers/trends.
- Apply customer/market insights to the selling model; support solution development for market strategy and sales plans.
- Use advanced market analytics and customer data (e.g., Integrichain, EDI) to identify trends and drive sales.
- Lead contract development/operationalization, membership management support, and contract performance management.
- Provide guidance on business processes/technology solutions for distributors; maintain business continuity plans and customer engagement metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; lead/support a collaborative selling model and share customer/market observations.
- Maintain compliance standards and complete compliance training; follow safety policies.
Education / Required Experience:
- BS/BA required (MBA preferred).
- 3β5+ years calling on large organizational customers; own relationships at the Health System level.
