Director - Molecular Science Liaison

Role: Lead and manage the Molecular Science Liaison (MSL) team at Caris, focusing on communicating the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to healthcare professionals, including KOLs in oncology. Responsibilities: oversee daily team activities, develop training programs, track customer engagement, and serve as a scientific conduit for feedback between the medical community and Caris; support education efforts, present clinical data at conferences, participate in tumor board meetings, and promote CMI across regions. Qualifications: Ph.D. or M.D. in relevant biological sciences; minimum 3 years of management experience; prior exposure to commercial settings or customer interactions is advantageous. High-Value: oncology (cancer biology, pharmacology), molecular diagnostics, post-analytical services, KOL engagement, scientific education, and promotion of molecular profiling solutions. Work setup requires regular travel; role involves regional and national engagement, including speaking at conferences and participating in trade shows.
