Director - Molecular Science Liaison

Role: Lead and manage the Molecular Science Liaison (MSL) team to communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external healthcare professionals, primarily in oncology. Responsibilities include team management, staffing, training, tracking activities, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders, presenting scientific data, supporting clinical collaborations like tumor boards, and contributing to marketing efforts. The role involves extensive field engagement, scientific education, and representing CMI across national/regional forums. Requirements: Ph.D. or M.D. in a relevant biological science; 3+ years management experience; ability to develop and lead a scientific field team. High-Value: Oncology, molecular diagnostics, CMI platform, physician engagement, tumor boards, clinical education, and conference participation. WorkSetup: Field-based role with regular travel; involves interaction with physicians, scientists, and sales teams.
