Director - Molecular Science Liaison

Role: Lead and manage the Molecular Science Liaisons team to communicate Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) value to external medical professionals, primarily oncologists and KOLs. Responsibilities: oversee team activities, develop training programs, track customer interactions, serve as a scientific conduit between the medical community and Caris, deliver clinical education, present data at conferences and tumor boards, support marketing efforts, and participate in regional and national events. Qualifications: Ph.D. or M.D. in biological sciences related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular biology; 3+ years in management. High-Value: oncology focus, molecular diagnostics, customer-facing in a commercial setting, supporting clinical education and market awareness, with extensive stakeholder engagement. WorkSetup: travel required; field-based with regional and national engagements.
