Director - Molecular Science Liaison

Role: Lead and manage the Molecular Science Liaisons (MSLs) team to communicate Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) value to external stakeholders, including physicians and scientists in oncology. Responsibilities: oversee team operations, develop training and enablement plans, track activities, and facilitate feedback between the medical community and Caris; support clinical education, present data at conferences, and promote CMI across the US; participate in tumor boards, trade shows, and marketing review. Qualifications: Ph.D. or M.D. in relevant biological sciences; 3+ years management experience. Preferred: experience in pharma or commercial labs, customer engagement, and ability to innovate. High-Value: oncology, molecular diagnostics, healthcare education, field leadership, stakeholder engagement, and regional/tradeshow presentations. WorkSetup: travel required; salary range $200K-$220K.
