Director - Molecular Science Liaison

Role: Lead and manage the Molecular Science Liaisons team at Caris, responsible for communicating the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external stakeholders, primarily physicians and KOLs in oncology. Responsibilities: oversee team activities, develop training programs, facilitate scientific education, present clinical data, support molecular tumor boards, and promote CMI across the U.S. healthcare community; engage in regional and national scientific events; provide feedback between the medical community and Caris, and support marketing efforts. Requirements: Ph.D. or M.D. in a relevant biological science; 3+ years of management experience; strong scientific knowledge in oncology and molecular biology; excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Preferred: experience in pharma or commercial laboratory settings, field engagement experience, creative problem-solving, and proactive self-motivation. High-Value: oncology, molecular diagnostics, clinical engagement, physician education, tumor boards, national and regional travel, strategic scientific communication. Work setup: field-based with regular travel, reporting to senior leadership.
