Director - Molecular Science Liaison

Role: Lead and manage the Molecular Science Liaison (MSL) team at Caris, focusing on communicating the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external stakeholders, primarily oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Responsibilities: oversee daily team operations, develop training programs, track activities, and facilitate scientific education and engagement with the medical community; support clinical interactions such as tumor boards and conferences; and contribute to marketing and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Ph.D. or M.D. in a relevant biological science, with at least 3 years of management experience; prior experience in a commercial or clinical setting is a plus. High-Value: involvement in oncology, molecular diagnostics, and precision medicine; leadership role in a scientific field team; regional and national speaking engagements; collaboration with sales, marketing, and clinical teams; willingness to travel regularly. WorkSetup: full-time position, with travel expectations; compensation range $200,000–$220,000, plus comprehensive benefits.
