Role: Lead and manage the Molecular Science Liaison (MSL) team to communicate Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) value to external healthcare professionals, primarily in oncology. Responsibilities: oversee team operations, develop training programs, track customer interactions, and act as a scientific conduit between the medical community and Caris. Responsibilities also include presenting clinical data, supporting molecular tumor boards, representing CMI at conferences, and providing field training. Qualifications: Ph.D. or M.D. in a relevant biological science; minimum 3 years of management experience. Preferred: prior experience in pharma or commercial labs, customer engagement, and sales. Skills: strong scientific knowledge in cancer biology or pharmacology, excellent communication, creativity, independence, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office. High-value specifics: oncology focus, molecular diagnostics, customer-facing in a commercial context, national travel required. Work setup: travel-intensive role with field engagement across the U.S., reporting to senior leadership.
