Director, Medical Training

Experience in deploying large-scale, regulated medical learning programs and product launch readiness is required. Preferred skills include advanced degrees (PharmD, PhD, MD), broader therapeutic area experience, familiarity with adult learning principles, digital learning tools, LMS/LXP platforms, and enterprise capability transformation.
