Director, Medical Science Liaisons

Role: Lead Medical Affairs as Director, Field Medical for Movement Disorders, focusing on ulixacaltimide in essential tremor. Responsibilities: build and develop a high-performing, compliant MSL team; engage directly with neurologists, movement disorder specialists, and investigators; translate Medical Affairs strategy into targeted field execution; drive scientific exchange on emerging data, treatment paradigms, and unmet needs; synthesize insights to inform cross-functional strategies; partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access functions; support recruitment, training, and field effectiveness. Requirements: advanced clinical/scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, RN); prior success in field Medical Affairs, MSL experience, neurology or CNS expertise, with preferred experience in movement disorders, pre-launch/launch activities.
