Director, Medical Science Liaison, Solid Tumor - East, US Oncology

Role: Lead a regional or national US Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team within Takeda's Oncology Medical Affairs, focusing on field strategy, talent development, and scientific support. Responsibilities: supervise 6-10 MSLs, develop and execute field plans, ensure compliance, foster cross-functional collaboration, and maintain scientific expertise in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies such as myeloma and leukemia. Requirements: MD, PhD, PharmD, or DNP with at least 7 years in Medical Affairs and 4+ years in field medical roles; oncology experience required. Preferred: prior MSL leadership, international travel ability, and experience with cross-functional teams.
