Role: Lead a regional or national Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team within Takeda's US Medical Affairs Oncology division, focusing on field strategy, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: supervise 6-10 MSLs, develop team capabilities, ensure alignment of field activities with business objectives, support scientific training, and manage compliance. Act as a scientific expert in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies like myeloma and leukemia, providing clinical insights to healthcare professionals and internal teams. Requirements: MD, PhD, PharmD, or DNP; at least 7 years of Medical Affairs experience with 4+ years in Field Medical roles; strong oncology background with specific expertise in hematology; experience in team leadership preferred.
