Director, Medical Science Liaison, Solid Tumor - East, US Oncology

Role: Lead a team of 6-10 Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) within US Medical Affairs Oncology, focusing on scientific engagement, talent development, and strategic field activities. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, developing and implementing field strategies, ensuring compliance, and providing medical and scientific support across the organization. Requirements: advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP), at least 7 years in Medical Affairs with 4+ years in Field Medical roles, and oncology experience, preferably in Hematology (Myeloma, Leukemia). Preferred: prior MSL leadership, cross-functional collaboration experience. High-Value: Oncology, Hematology, MSL leadership, field strategy, compliance oversight, approximately 50%+ travel, remote work location. The role reports to the Head of US Field Medical Affairs and involves cross-functional interaction within Takeda's oncology portfolio.
