Director, Medical Science Liaison Plastics & Regenerative Medicine

Role: MSL Director for Plastics & Regenerative Medicine, leading a 6-person field-based team and maintaining direct scientific engagement within a designated territory. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical plans for on-market and pipeline products, support clinical and market insights, ensure high-quality stakeholder interactions, and lead team performance, training, and resource management. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders including medical, commercial, regulatory, and external HCPs/KOLs. Manages operational logistics, field activities, and team development to align with therapeutic area objectives. Requirements: advanced degree in health sciences or clinical discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD preferred), 5+ years in clinical/scientific/pharma industry with at least 2 years as an MSL, prior field team management experience, strong communication skills, and ability to travel 50–60%. High-value: focus on Plastics & Regenerative Medicine, surgical/OR environment familiarity, and field leadership in a scientific/clinical setting.
