Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Director for Plastics & Regenerative Medicine, leading a 6-person team and maintaining active scientific engagement in a designated territory. Objectives include developing and executing scientific interaction plans, supporting both on-market and pipeline products, and ensuring high-quality stakeholder engagement aligned with brand and medical strategies. Responsibilities encompass team leadership, performance management, training, cross-functional collaboration, and operational oversight, including resource planning, compliance, and logistics. The MSL also serves as the primary scientific representative in the field, fostering relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals to stay abreast of market dynamics and scientific advancements. Qualifications: Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD preferred), 5+ years of clinical/scientific/pharma experience with at least 2 years as an MSL, prior management experience strongly preferred, and familiarity with surgical environments and credentialing processes relevant to plastics and regenerative medicine. The role requires excellent communication skills, project management capabilities, and approximately 50-60% travel.
