Director, Medical Excellence & Strategic Operations

Responsibilities include translating Medical Plans into operational execution, developing dashboards and KPIs, managing budgets, leading field medical training and insights, overseeing medical programs (advisory boards, congresses, educational initiatives), and ensuring cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Clinical, and other teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, MPH, MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred; 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with experience in Medical Affairs operations, field medical, or related functions. Skills in project management, analytics, vendor oversight, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
