Role: Lead the development and execution of medical communications strategies for Revolution Medicines' oncology pipeline, focusing on solid tumors such as pancreatic cancer, NSCLC, and colorectal cancer. Responsibilities: oversee publication planning, scientific messaging, external content creation, congress engagement, and internal education; collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical, Research, and Commercial teams; manage external vendors and ensure compliance with industry standards. Requirements: advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred; 8+ years in Medical Affairs or Medical Communications within biotech/pharma; expertise in publication strategy, medical writing, and regulatory guidelines (GPP, ICMJE); familiarity with clinical development, RWE, and stakeholder engagement. Preferred: experience in precision oncology, launch planning, digital communication tools, and team leadership. High-value: oncology focus, pipeline highlighting RAS-targeted therapies, publication and congress strategy, regulatory compliance. Work setup: location in Redwood City, CA; salary range $211K-$264K, with comprehensive benefits.
