Director, Medical Affairs - Immunology

Role: Lead medical strategy and execution for Nurix's Phase 2 immunology and inflammation assets, focusing on bexobrutideg (NX-5948) in CSU and MS. Responsibilities: develop and oversee medical affairs plans, translate clinical data into scientific narratives, engage with KOLs and investigators, support trial site selection, and coordinate external scientific activities including advisory boards and congress participation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical Development, HEOR, Regulatory, Legal) and external partners (Roche). Manage evidence generation and medical messaging aligned with development milestones. Qualifications: MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO; 8+ years of biopharma Medical Affairs experience supporting Phase 2 assets; expertise in immunology, allergy, dermatology, or autoimmune diseases; proven stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred: experience in neuroscience/immunology, co-development collaborations, and growth-stage biotech environments.
