Role: Lead the development and execution of integrated analytics, insights, and planning functions for Medical Affairs across international markets, including EU4+UK and intercontinental affiliates. Objectives include transforming complex scientific, operational, and engagement data into strategic insights to support decision-making, identify performance trends, capability gaps, and strategic opportunities, and improve Medical Affairs impact. Responsibilities encompass designing analytics frameworks, driving predictive modeling, supporting medical planning cycles, conducting external benchmarking, and leading digital and AI transformation initiatives. The role partners closely with senior Medical Affairs leadership, cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial, HEOR, RWE, Data & Analytics), and external advisory organizations to enhance analytics maturity and field medical effectiveness. The position also oversees data governance, automation, and visualization efforts to ensure data integrity and scalable insight generation. Requirements: minimum 10 years in analytics, strategic planning, or related fields within healthcare or life sciences, with at least 5 years in leadership roles; advanced skills in KPI design, market research, and cross-market analytics; proven experience translating data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders; Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related, with an advanced degree preferred.
