Role Summary

The Director, Media Measurement and Campaign Optimization is responsible for defining the media measurement framework and KPIs and will play a lead role in developing integrated media measurement reports that drive marketing ROI across Pfizerβ€šΓ„Γ΄s brands. This role leads a team and collaborates with internal and external partners to create audience-centric, insight-driven media optimization programs that improve product marketing outcomes globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead media measurement strategy across paid, owned and earned channels, translating data into insights and actions for internal stakeholders
  • Oversee a team and agency partners to ensure media measurement excellence and actionable insights that improve media investment impact
  • Develop deep understanding of Pfizer products and Therapeutic Area landscape to orchestrate optimal portfolio media and audience strategies
  • Provide recommendations on optimal media mix decisions to drive Marketing ROI
  • Implement media measurement frameworks, templates, and best practices across brands and dashboards
  • Be accountable for media performance and measurement with a focus on improving ROI
  • Translate website performance into the overall performance journey and correlate to outcomes
  • Lead and mentor the team, modeling Pfizer values and guiding others to achieve potential

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Marketing or Media experience with experience managing and building teams
  • BS in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent (MBA preferred)
  • Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and healthcare data application to marketing optimization
  • Experience in media analytics, healthcare claims data, and HCP data, especially digital media; understanding data for international markets
  • Understanding of data-driven media planning and buying globally
  • Expertise in Analytics/Martech/BI platforms
  • Strong financial/business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation, and influence
  • Experience translating data insights into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
  • Experience leading agencies or partners in advertising/marketing tech; strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and ability to influence across senior leaders; thrives under pressure; strong writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to coach and develop direct reports and agile teams
