The Market Access Training Director is responsible for partnering with business leaders to contribute to the overall learning and development strategy for the Market Access function. The individual will lead or contribute to the design and delivery of training and education programs on product and market access topics, such as value assessment, health technology appraisal, pricing and reimbursement systems, or payer perspectives that drive the achievement of the organization’s Market Access objectives. They will develop and deliver training to the Market Access Team and collaborate with Market Access Leadership, Market Access Marketing, Medical, Contracting, and Legal to develop, enhance and deliver training curriculum for new hire and ongoing training initiatives. They will develop and deliver healthcare marketplace and market access training to the field sales force and HQ personnel when appropriate and necessary, designing and implementing consistent access and market message training in collaboration with the commercial training team to improve the sales team’s understanding of the evolving healthcare marketplace.
