Responsibilities / How you will contribute:
- Lead market access launch preparation for upcoming dermatology and immunology launches.
- Develop and oversee sustainable market access and channel strategies to optimize access for current and future GI & Immunology BU products.
- Collaborate with Managed Markets, Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Sales to capture payer insights, identify data gaps, and build value propositions for field teams.
- Understand reimbursement landscape and incorporate into market access and pricing strategy.
- Partner with HEOR on payer evidence needs and integrate into Medical/HEOR evidence plan.
- Manage and execute payer and channel-specific marketing plans; ensure brand plans meet patient, payer, and HCP needs.
- Align on metrics; contribute to annual brand planning/forecasting/budgeting; partner on early-stage asset inputs.
- Oversee payer and channel market research and help develop next-generation Market Access and Channel Strategy talent.

Qualifications / Required & Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree (related field) required.
- 10+ years biopharma market access experience across payer/PBM/IDN/GPO/specialty pharmacy required.
- Experience with biologics and specialty products preferred.
- Strong US payer market dynamics knowledge; specialty pharmacy knowledge; knowledge across multiple channels.
- Financial acumen (budget/resource allocation, sourcing, P&L) and strong analytical skills; excellent oral/written communication.
