Role: Director, Legal – U.S. Commercial and Compliance Legal, providing legal counsel to the Human Health Division with a focus on commercial contracting, fraud, abuse, antitrust compliance, and regulatory issues. Responsibilities: advise on pricing, reimbursement policies, policy initiatives, and liability; manage outside counsel and oversee legal support for compliance activities. Requirements: Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school, active Bar admission (Pennsylvania or other state), 4+ years legal experience in law firm or corporate settings. HighValue: expertise in pharmaceutical industry laws, compliance (fraud, abuse, antitrust), commercial contracting, and regulatory matters; experience with product liability and patient support programs is advantageous.
