Director, Legal Entity Planning & Forecast

Role: Senior leader overseeing enterprise legal entity forecasting within Corporate FP&A, ensuring accurate, complete, and reconciled forecasts to support tax planning, transfer pricing, cash flow, and liquidity management. Responsibilities: design and govern forecasting framework, translate management projections into detailed legal entity financials, collaborate with Finance Systems to enhance forecasting tools, and provide insights to Tax and Treasury on liquidity and tax implications. Conduct variance analysis and establish governance across finance teams to ensure forecast accuracy and timely reporting. Qualifications: 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting in a multinational environment; CPA preferred; experience with legal entity forecasting, tax support, and integrated financial modeling; strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and cash flow forecasting. Industry-specific experience in biopharma, including R&D, manufacturing, or commercial operations, is highly valued. Systems expertise with TM1/Planning Analytics and advanced Excel skills required. Demonstrated influence across functions and strong communication skills are essential.
