Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy pricing strategies and manage contracting across key accounts (payers, PBMs, GPOs, IDNs, clinics/provider networks).
- Set pricing and reimbursement strategy for new launches and in-line products; own tactical execution to drive profitable growth.
- Lead the pricing committee and price approval process; conduct financial analysis to support contract review/approval with legal, market access, and finance.
- Model and analyze impact of pricing/contracting on revenue and profitability; partner with market access, sales, and marketing to achieve brand financial objectives.
- Manage ASP forecasting; assess contracting changes’ impact on ASP and reimbursement.
- Support price forecasting for pipeline/licensing; anticipate competitor moves via innovative pricing tactics.
- Monitor brand performance by channel; track external managed care/reimbursement/policy trends affecting financials.
- Develop pricing/contracting playbooks and guidelines for launches; support contracting strategy implementation.
- Assess contract performance (payers/PBMs, GPOs, strategic IDNs), compare to KPIs, and recommend contingencies; participate in key customer meetings.
- Lead reimbursement code application/approval and rebate processing; present financial impact/adhoc reporting; lead annual pricing review, recommendations, and brand budgeting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and/or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 6–8 years US pharmaceutical experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, Finance, or Brand Analytics.
- Minimum 3 years managing Buy & Bill brands/biosimilars in Immunology/Oncology.
- Advanced understanding of managed care dynamics and pricing/contracting levers across payers, PBMs, GPOs, specialty pharmacies, IDNs.

Skills (required/preferred):
- Biosimilar product launch experience (highly desired).
- Track record managing pricing/contracting across medical and pharmacy benefit (highly desired).
- Provider reimbursement understanding (e.g., ASP, Net Cost Recovery); experience with matrixed contract approvals with Legal/Compliance/Contract Ops.
- Strong communication, influence without authority, stakeholder management; Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
