Director, IT Data & AI Product Owner – PDM & Tech Ops

Responsibilities:
- Define and drive portfolio-level AI-enabled product vision/roadmap for PDM and Tech Ops across Technical Development, Product & Process Development, and Quality.
- Serve as IT Data & AI COE lead for PDM/Tech Ops AI products; interface between PDM/Tech Ops stakeholders and IT.
- Own end-to-end product vision, multi-year roadmap, reporting/planning/analytics use cases; translate objectives into requirements/backlog.
- Lead and mentor delivery leads, data scientists, and product managers; prioritize backlog by value, risk, feasibility, and enterprise data/AI strategy.
- Establish and scale operating model; ensure alignment with data architecture, AI/ML capabilities, and platforms.
- Define success metrics (cost reduction, productivity, adoption, satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive change management, user adoption (UX, communications, training, feedback loops).
- Own vendor/partner strategy for product support (external capacity, AI/LLM), coordinate with IT/Procurement.
- Ensure compliance with GxP and regulated SDLC; support data governance/privacy.

Qualifications / Key Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s (12+ years) or Master’s/PhD (10+ years) in relevant field.
- Strong clinical development process knowledge (trial operations, data management).
- Experience leading AI/data product portfolios and teams.
- Executive stakeholder engagement; ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Knowledge of AI/data platforms (AWS, Databricks) and Agile delivery.

Differentiators (preferred):
- PD/Quality systems; CMC/manufacturing/supply chain analytics.
- AI/ML in clinical trials/development; GxP-regulated environments; generative AI exposure.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated): $226,185.00–$292,710.00; may include bonus/stock/paid time off and medical/dental/vision/life.
