Director IT Commercial Systems and CRM Operations – Global Commercial Technology

Role: Lead the operational management and strategic development of US and JPAC commercial technology platforms supporting sales, medical affairs, market access, marketing, and omnichannel engagement. Responsibilities: oversee CRM platform performance, partner with stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business goals, drive continuous improvement, and ensure governance, release, and change management; lead vendor management and operational excellence initiatives; manage and develop a global IT team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; 10+ years in IT with leadership experience supporting commercial systems in pharma; deep expertise in Salesforce, Veeva, or similar CRM platforms within regulated environments; 5+ years managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships; strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial processes, GxP, compliance, and digital engagement technologies. HighValue: extensive CRM management within regulated pharma environments, global deployment experience, knowledge of GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, and commercial tech ecosystems, and certifications like Salesforce, Veeva, ITIL, PMP preferred.
