Director, IT Business Partnering – Oncology Business Unit (OBU) IT Data

Role: Serve as the primary IT business partner for the commercial data and technology domain within a regulated Pharma environment, focusing on integrating business strategy with technology and data outcomes. Responsibilities: build trusted advisory relationships with senior commercial leaders, translate business priorities into actionable implementation and adoption plans, influence product and platform strategies, oversee cross-ecosystem dependencies, and manage complex stakeholder relationships to facilitate alignment and decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 7+ years in client-facing IT business partnering, strategic consulting, or technology advisory roles, ideally within Pharma or regulated commercial sectors; strong experience in managing senior stakeholders and enabling Product Managers/Owners without direct authority; domain expertise in data platforms, analytics, MDM, CRM, or similar tech stacks; excellent negotiation and influence skills, with familiarity in delivery and program management practices. Preferred: certifications in business analysis or strategic consulting, existing credibility in Pharma data ecosystems, and experience in global organizations.
