Role Summary
Director, Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) to lead Paxlovid insights and strategy within Global Commercial Analytics (GCA).

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic thought partner to US and Global Paxlovid teams on market dynamics, patient/HCP behavior, and investment decisions.
- Design and lead primary market research (qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods) and translate business priorities into learning agendas.
- Anticipate market evolution (competition, paradigm shifts, access) and provide forward-looking strategic recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end vendor selection/management and maintain a compliant, future-focused vendor/technology ecosystem (incl. AI-enabled workflows where appropriate).
- Integrate research and secondary analytics (sales, claims, patient/HCP, media, CRM) to deliver decision-ready narratives to senior leadership.
- Develop integrated research/data plans linking insights directly to brand decisions; build an in-house knowledge base.
- Develop/monitor KPIs for marketing and commercial execution; recommend campaign improvements and corrective actions.
- Partner on Long-Range Forecast and Operating Plan; lead cross-functional integration across data science/analytics engineering/market research/media.
- Manage and coach junior team members and/or vendor partners.

Qualifications
- BA/BS required (Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related); MS/MBA preferred.
- 8+ years’ experience (7+ with advanced degree) in market research/consulting/commercial or marketing analytics.
- Demonstrated experience leading both primary research and secondary data analytics for a major brand/therapeutic area (>$1B), ideally acute-care/antiviral/specialty pharma.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into hypotheses and learning plans; strong KPI development/optimization.
- Proficiency with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake, Dataiku, AI-assisted workflows via Claude).
- Strong executive presence and ability to synthesize multi-source data into clear recommendations.

Preferred
- Infectious disease/antiviral/acute-urgent-care experience; familiarity with rapid-cycle dynamics and access.
- End-to-end research vendor management focused on quality/speed/value.
- Experience building institutional knowledge systems.

Benefits / Incentives (explicit)
- Eligible for Pfizer Global Performance Plan bonus target of 20% of base salary; may participate in share-based long-term incentive.
