Role: Lead the strategy, design, and execution of the U.S. commercial operational ecosystem for an mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end operational workflows—including sample/tissue logistics, manufacturing demand planning, and customer support—ensuring seamless therapy delivery and scalability; develop governance frameworks and operational capabilities aligned with launch readiness and future growth; coordinate across internal teams, alliance partners, sequencing providers, and treatment sites; establish performance metrics and operational standards; and build future capabilities such as analytics and orchestration technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred; at least 8 years’ experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare, with leadership in complex therapy operations or operational strategy; proven success in designing integrated, multi-stakeholder models; strong cross-functional influence, strategic thinking, and operational excellence skills; experience supporting complex therapy commercialization, including cell or gene therapies, is preferred. High-Value biopharma specifics: focus on personalized cancer therapies, early-stage melanoma, and advanced therapeutic logistics; collaboration with partners across manufacturing, sequencing, and treatment delivery; remote work with potential for travel. Reporting: reports to the Executive Director, U.S. Oncology Marketing. Work setup: remote with flexible arrangements.
