Director, Incyte Inclusion & Foundation

Role: Senior leader overseeing Incyte's workplace inclusion and philanthropic initiatives, with a focus on fostering an inclusive culture and enhancing community engagement. Responsibilities: develop and execute global inclusion strategies, lead the Foundation's vision and impact programs, build partnerships with nonprofits and community stakeholders, oversee grantmaking and charitable investments, and manage employee engagement, volunteerism, and giving programs. Serve as the primary external ambassador and collaborate across functions to align efforts and measure progress. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 15+ years in inclusion, corporate philanthropy, or community engagement, with significant leadership experience and established relationships within the Delaware community preferred.
