Primary objective: Lead end-to-end Demand and Revenue forecasting for the US Immunology Business Unit, including RINVOQ, SKYRIZI, and HUMIRA forecast consolidation across all planning cycles (LBE, Plan, LRP) and launch assessments. Develop, maintain, harmonize, and continuously improve forecasting models and analytics/presentations for brand and leadership reviews. Partner cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Market Access, Commercial Finance, Operations, and external partners.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop/maintain forecasting models for Immunology portfolios; ensure forecasting deliverables (Actuals, Planning, Key Metrics, Earnings, Other) are validated and delivered on time.
- Create common forecasting/reporting templates; articulate the β€œwhy” behind numbers for strategic decision-making.
- Month-end: partner to populate/quality-check actuals data; complete close schedules (Price, Pipeline, Demand); triangulate insights; adjust model variables using signal vs. noise.
- Planning & Analysis: lead LBE/Plan/LRP/S&OP forecasts; align hypotheses with evidence; calibrate outputs; produce analytical reports and leadership presentations.
- Internal/Ad hoc: business partnering, go/no-go analyses, investor/division/global operations-related reporting, competitive intelligence collaboration, stress testing/operational excellence.
- People leadership: recruit and develop a team; foster inclusion.

Qualifications
- 12+ years in cost accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or FP&A; supervisory/forecasting and pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
- Strategic/creative thinking; strong data triangulation; problem-solving, communication, presentation.
- Influence without authority; lead/motivate teams.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint.
