Director - Identity Operations Service

Role: Lead the strategy and operations of Lilly's US-based Identity Operations team, overseeing 24/7 identity platform management, incident escalation, and strategic roadmap development. Responsibilities include team leadership and talent development, defining technology strategy for identity management tools (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta), driving automation and continuous improvement, managing major incidents, and aligning operations with broader cybersecurity goals. Stakeholder engagement involves collaborating with identity service leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting audit processes. Requirements: minimum 8 years in Identity and Access Management and enterprise IT operations, 5+ years in people management, and experience in operational governance and technology roadmap planning. Preferred: Bachelor’s in CS, Cybersecurity, or related; certifications like CISSP, CISM; knowledge of IAM platforms; experience leading global, distributed teams; strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
