Role Responsibilities:
- Lead development of the US evidence generation strategy for lung cancer & precision medicine in Oncology, in partnership with the cross-functional matrix team.
- Coordinate evidence input from US Medical, field colleagues, US Market Access, cross-alliance partners, GASP, and USMA to support launch and lifecycle market access needs.
- Design and execute HEOR studies (e.g., network meta-analyses; non-interventional Real-World Evidence), including site engagement, chart abstraction, and retrospective data collection, from concept through publication.
- Develop US value & evidence strategy with US Medical and Global HV&E to support reimbursement/access via AMCP dossiers, systematic literature reviews, economic models, and tools.
- Provide strategic input into clinical trial designs and PRO analysis/interpretation to support differentiation, reimbursement, and patient access with payers and regulators.
- Ensure customer-facing dissemination of HEOR materials per regulatory guidance/SOPs, including PVPs, promotional materials, and FDAMA 114-compliant materials.
- Build external partnerships and research collaborations with experts, policy makers, payers, and academic/community oncology settings.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (e.g., MSc/MPH/PhD) required.
- 7+ years with MSc/MPH/MBA; 5+ years with PharmD/PhD in HEOR or related fields required.
- Strong health services research methods: economic modeling, PROs, statistics, and RWE (registries/observational design, implementation, analysis/interpretation); ability to manage complex non-interventional projects.
- Knowledge of drug development and US healthcare/economic environment; strong English communication; interpersonal skills.
- Execution mindset; strong project management (contracting, budgeting, vendor management); ability to multitask and work in a matrix via influence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience overseeing real-world evidence studies (sites, record review, chart abstraction vendors, data quality, protocol-aligned abstraction, operations to reporting).
- Oncology/lung cancer knowledge; US healthcare environment experience.
- Experience with HTA submissions (e.g., ICER, CMS-IPAY/IRA, NICE).
