Role Responsibilities:
- Lead development of the US evidence generation strategy for the lung cancer & precision medicine portfolio in Oncology.
- Coordinate inputs from US Medical, field-facing colleagues, US Market Access, cross-alliance partners, GASP and USMA to define evidence needs and integrate the strategy for launch and lifecycle.
- Design and execute HEOR studies (e.g., network meta-analyses; real-world evidence/non-interventional studies), including site engagement, chart abstraction, and retrospective data collection, from concept through publication.
- Develop US value & evidence strategy with US Medical and Global HV&E, including AMCP dossiers, systematic literature reviews, economic models, and tools to support reimbursement and access.
- Provide strategic input into clinical trial designs and PRO data analysis/interpretation to support reimbursement, differentiation negotiations, and patient access.
- Ensure appropriate dissemination of HEOR materials per regulatory guidance/internal SOPs (e.g., PVPs, promotional materials, FDAMA 114-compliant materials).
- Build external research collaborations with experts, healthcare policy makers, payers, and academic/community oncology settings.

Qualifications:
- Graduate degree minimum (e.g., MSc/MPH/PhD) required.
- 7+ years with MSc/MPH/MBA; or 5+ years with PharmD/PhD in HEOR or related fields.
- Deep understanding of health services research methods (health economic modeling, PROs, statistics, real-world evidence/registries/observational design) and independent management of complex non-interventional studies.
- Knowledge of drug development and US healthcare/economic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing real-world evidence studies (sites, chart abstraction vendors, data quality oversight, protocol-aligned abstraction).
- Oncology/lung cancer experience.
- Experience with US healthcare environment and HTA submissions (e.g., ICER, CMS-IPAY/IRA, NICE).
