What You Will Achieve
- Lead development of the global evidence generation strategy for Obesity internal medicine assets in close partnership with cross-functional matrix teams.
- Coordinate local/regional input on evidence needs and incorporate it into the evidence strategy to support global market access at launch and across lifecycle.
- Design and execute global HEOR studies (e.g., network meta-analyses, non-interventional studies, economic models) from concept through publication.
- Lead timely development of launch deliverables (value/evidence strategy, global value dossiers/AMCP/JCA dossiers, systematic literature reviews, economic models, tools) to support reimbursement and access requirements.
- Develop patient-reported outcomes strategy; incorporate humanistic and economic endpoints into clinical trials across phases.
- Provide strategic input into clinical trial designs and analyses (populations, comparators, endpoints) to enable successful payer/regulatory negotiations and patient access.
- Disseminate HEOR materials to customers per regulatory guidance and internal SOPs.
- Build external research/policy/payer partnerships to support asset strategies.

Basic Qualifications (Required)
- Graduate degree (MSc/MPH/PhD).
- 7+ years with MSc/MPH/MBA; or 5+ years with PharmD/PhD/DrPH in HEOR or related fields.
- Expertise in HEOR strategy, evidence development, health services research methods, health economic modeling, PROs, statistics, and real-world evidence/registries.
- Ability to independently manage complex non-interventional studies.
- Knowledge of drug development process.
- Excellent interpersonal, English (oral/written), project management (budgeting/vendor), and cross-functional/matrix leadership skills.

Bonus Points (Preferred)
- Obesity therapy knowledge/experience.
- HTA experience (e.g., NICE, CADTH, PBAC, ICER).
- Global Obesity launch and evidence strategy for reimbursement and cash/direct-to-consumer.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot) with responsible AI practices.
