Director HR, Supply Chain Plan and Deliver

Purpose: Set and lead the people strategy, design, governance, and delivery of HR programs supporting organizations globally. Partner with Supply Chain Plan and Deliver leadership to drive talent outcomes aligned to business priorities. Lead talent strategy, organization effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead people engagement for a designated team.
- Lead and execute Talent Strategy and Management (Performance, Succession, Capability Building, Coaching, DEI).
- Coach and advise business leaders.
- Activate and execute HR COE strategies (policies/programs).
- Lead Organizational Design and Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Own global HR strategy and talent agenda for Plan and Deliver.
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership with data-driven insights on org design, talent strategy, leadership capability, and workforce planning.
- Drive organization effectiveness (org design, operating model evolution, spans/layers optimization, team effectiveness).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR COEs to design integrated talent solutions.
- Lead workforce planning and analytics; translate strategy into hiring/development/reskilling plans.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, governance.
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and change management.
- Monitor external market trends and translate into HR strategy.
- Set HR communications strategy for Plan and Deliver.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 8+ years progressive HR experience, including executive-level business partnering and enterprise talent strategy.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication; ability to influence and create executive-ready narratives.
- Sound judgment and discretion; strong analytical/critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong business and financial acumen; ability to synthesize complex inputs.
- Ability to operate with pace and rigor in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to partner effectively with Finance; lead multiple complex workstreams.

Preferred Requirements:
- MBA or advanced degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related.
- Experience supporting Finance and/or Legal organizations in a global, matrixed, publicly traded company.
- Previous people leadership experience.
