Purpose: Set and lead global people strategy, design, governance, and delivery of HR programs for the organizations globally. Serve as a strategic partner to Supply Chain Plan and Deliver leadership teams to drive talent outcomes aligned to business priorities, including talent strategy, organization effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead people engagement for a designated team.
- Lead and execute talent strategy and management (performance, succession, capability building, coaching, DEI).
- Coach and advise business leaders.
- Activate and execute HR COE policies/programs.
- Lead organizational design and strategic workforce planning.
- Own global HR strategy and talent agenda for Plan and Deliver.
- Advise senior leadership with data-driven insights on organization design, talent strategy, leadership capability, and workforce planning.
- Drive organization effectiveness (org design, operating model evolution, spans/layers, team effectiveness).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR COEs to attract, retain, and develop talent.
- Lead workforce planning and analytics; translate strategy into hiring, development, and reskilling plans.
- Continuously improve HR processes, tools, and governance.
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and change management.
- Monitor external talent/capability/operating model trends and translate into HR strategy.
- Set HR communications strategy for Plan and Deliver.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 8+ years progressive HR experience, including executive-level business partnering and leading enterprise talent strategies.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication; ability to influence leaders.
- Ability to create executive-ready narratives/materials.
- Strong judgment/discretion with sensitive matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; business/financial acumen.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into recommendations.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to operate with pace and rigor in a dynamic environment.
- Partner effectively with Finance; align talent strategy with financial outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex workstreams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Preferred Requirements:
- MBA or advanced degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience supporting Finance and/or Legal in a global, matrixed, publicly traded company.
- Previous people leadership experience.
