We are searching for the best talent for Director HR, Supply Chain Plan and Deliver to be located in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, West Chester, PA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN.

Purpose: Responsible for setting and leading the people strategy, design, governance, and delivery of HR programs supporting the organizations globally. Strategic partner to Supply Chain Plan and Deliver leadership teams to drive talent outcomes aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead people engagement for a designated team.
- Lead and execute on Talent Strategy and Management (Performance, Succession, Capability Building, Coaching, DEI).
- Coach and advise business leaders.
- Activate and execute HR COE policies and programs.
- Lead organizational design and strategic workforce planning.
- Own global HR strategy and talent agenda for the Plan and Deliver function.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership with data-driven insights.
- Drive organization effectiveness (org design, operating model evolution, spans/layers, team effectiveness).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR COEs to deploy integrated talent solutions.
- Lead workforce planning and analytics; translate business strategy into hiring/development/reskilling plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, tools, and governance.
- Oversee employee relations, engagement strategies, and change management.
- Monitor external market trends and translate insights into HR strategy.
- Set HR communications strategy; lead cross-functional HR COE partnerships.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 8+ years progressive HR experience; executive-level business partnering; leading enterprise talent strategies.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication; ability to influence leaders.
- Ability to create executive-ready narratives/materials.
- Discretion, judgment, and presence advising on sensitive talent matters.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving with business/financial acumen.
- Ability to synthesize complex inputs into recommendations.
- Detail-oriented; able to operate with pace and rigor.
- Demonstrated partnership with Finance to align talent strategy with financial outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex workstreams; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Requirements
- MBA or other advanced degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related.
- Experience supporting Finance and/or Legal organizations in a global matrixed publicly traded company.
- Previous people leadership experience.

Benefits (time off)
- Vacation: 120 hours/calendar year; Sick time: 40 hours/year (state-based variants listed); Holiday pay incl. Floating Holidays: 13 days/year; Work/Personal/Family Time: up to 40 hours/year; Parental Leave: 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care; Bereavement Leave: 240 hours (immediate) and 40 hours (extended)/year; Caregiver Leave: 80 hours/52-week rolling period; Volunteer Leave: 32 hours/year; Military Spouse Time-Off: 80 hours/year.
