Director HR, Supply Chain Plan and Deliver

Purpose
- Responsible for setting and leading the people strategy, design, governance, and delivery of HR programs supporting the organizations globally.
- Strategic partner to Supply Chain Plan and Deliver leadership to drive talent outcomes aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead people engagement for a designated team.
- Lead and execute Talent Strategy & Management (performance, succession, capability building, coaching, DEI).
- Coach and advise business leaders.
- Activate HR COE policies/programs.
- Lead organizational design and strategic workforce planning.
- Own global HR strategy/talent agenda for Plan and Deliver function; ensure alignment to enterprise priorities and workforce outcomes.
- Serve as trusted advisor with data-driven insights on organization design, talent strategy, leadership capability, and workforce planning.
- Drive organization effectiveness (org design, operating model evolution, spans/layers, team effectiveness).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR COEs to deploy integrated talent solutions.
- Lead workforce planning and analytics; translate strategy into hiring, development, and reskilling plans.
- Improve HR processes/tools/governance; enhance effectiveness and employee experience.
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and change management.
- Monitor external talent/capability/operating-model trends and incorporate into HR strategy.
- Set HR communications strategy for Plan and Deliver.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 8+ years progressive HR experience, including executive-level business partnering and leading enterprise talent strategies.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication; ability to influence leaders and translate people topics into actionable insights.
- Executive-ready narratives/materials; strong judgment and discretion.
- Strong analytical/critical thinking/problem-solving with business and financial acumen.
- Ability to synthesize complex talent, business, and financial metrics into recommendations.
- Attention to detail; operate with pace and rigor.
- Demonstrated partnership with Finance; ability to lead multiple complex workstreams and collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related.
- Experience supporting Finance and/or Legal in a global, matrixed publicly traded company.
- Prior people leadership experience.

Benefits
- Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year; Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year (Colorado 48; Washington 56); Holiday pay (including floating holidays): 13 days; Work/Personal/Family time up to 40 hours; Parental leave: 480 hours within one year; Bereavement: 240 hours immediate family (extended: 40); Caregiver leave: 80 hours in 52-week rolling period; Volunteer leave: 32 hours; Military spouse time-off: 80 hours.
