The Director, Global Commercialization Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic, hands-on individual contributor responsible for advancing human capital strategy for global Commercialization, including international market expansion and business effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Organizational Build
- Partner with leaders to develop and execute a forward-looking human capital strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Lead HR support for international market expansion and organizational build (standing up new teams, defining operating models and capabilities, navigating global complexities).

Talent & Organizational Effectiveness
- Drive end-to-end talent strategy (performance management, succession planning, leadership development, organizational design).
- Champion a culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance; lead change initiatives tied to growth and evolving commercial models.

Culture & Change Leadership
- Lead and support change management for growth, new market entry, and commercialization model evolution.
- Embed belonging and inclusion across global and newly established teams.

Execution & Operational Excellence
- Ensure effective execution of core HR processes (e.g., talent reviews, compensation, onboarding) in partnership with HR COEs.
- Deliver globally aligned, locally relevant people solutions.

Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage data and insights to anticipate trends and measure organizational effectiveness; continuously evolve HR practices.

About You (Qualifications)
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 10โ€“12+ years progressive HR experience, ideally within life sciences; experience with global/commercialization organizations.
- Demonstrated success building/scaling organizations in new markets; strong individual contributor ability in complex, matrixed global environments.
