Position Summary
Director, HR Business Partnering (Sales) serves as a strategic and operational HR leader supporting a fast-paced, high-growth commercial organization. Provides front-line HR partnership to senior sales leadership and leads a team of HR Business Partners, aligning people strategies to business objectives to enable revenue growth and foster a high-performance culture.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior sales leaders, aligning HR strategies with commercial objectives and growth targets.
- Provide front-line HR business partnering (employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness).
- Lead, coach, and develop HR Business Partners supporting sales segments and regions.
- Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent acquisition for rapid scaling.
- Drive talent management (performance reviews, succession planning, leadership development).
- Collaborate with Total Rewards on sales compensation structures and incentive plans.
- Lead change management for growth, restructuring, and transformation.
- Use HR data and analytics to improve business outcomes.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and compliance requirements.
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture supporting engagement and retention.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration OR 10+ years progressive HR experience.
- 5+ years HR experience supporting sales/commercial organizations.
- Experience managing and developing HR Business Partner teams.
- Employee relations, organizational design, and change management experience.
- Strong business acumen for sales environments (metrics/incentives).
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in fast-paced growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet use.

Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare/biotech/life sciences experience.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed sales teams.
- HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
