Position Responsibilities:
- Build trusted, collaborative relationships with leaders to shape HR programs aligned to company core values.
- Lead HR initiatives including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement/retention, learning & development, and succession planning (with measurable outcomes).
- Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership and build high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Implement and manage performance management programs aligned to a high-performance culture.
- Partner with Employee Relations on complex ER issues.
- Collaborate across HR functions to implement tailored HR programs.
- Contribute to HR projects as needed to support organizational success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree in HR management (or related field) required; graduate degree highly preferred.
- 10+ years progressive HR Business Partner experience (organizational effectiveness, change management, L&D, talent management).
- At least 2 years supporting field commercial teams in pharma/biotech.
- At least 3 years supporting/building HR functions in biotech/pharma; experience with HR operating models in small to mid-size environments.
- Highly organized; strong analytical mindset.
- Proficient with Workday and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Consultative approach; strong verbal/written communication.
- Travel up to 20%.
