Job Description
Leads the development and execution of HEOR projects for multiple on-market and/or pipeline assets across multiple geographies. Represents HEOR on cross-functional teams and in pipeline commercialization teams. Accountable for HEOR strategy and execution; ensures project plans align with product strategy, commercial interests, and scientific integrity. Provides updates on plan execution to products and functional management; liaises with the product team to generate innovative ideas and gain buy-in to strategies.

Responsibilities
- Oversee design and conduct of multiple programs; communicate findings and strategic impact to internal leaders and external stakeholders (HTAs/payors, patient advocacy groups, KOLs).
- Serve as HEOR strategy lead with cross-functional brand teams.
- Determine global development strategy for new or marketed products; contribute to Therapeutic Area Long Range Plan and portfolio planning.
- Drive design and execution of high-quality HEOR programs meeting ethical, scientific, regulatory, commercial, and quality requirements.
- In post-marketing, develop and execute product life-cycle and labeling strategies; ensure scientific and communication excellence of agreed data elements.
- Deliver end-to-end HEOR book of work (strategy development through content pull-through).
- Ensure strong partnership with HEOR COE functions so a comprehensive HEOR voice is represented in cross-functional meetings.
- Engage effectively with senior leaders; may manage two or more full-time direct reports.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, or MS in Economics, Econometrics, or (pharmaco)epidemiology).
- 10+ years (Master’s) or 7+ years (PhD; fellowship may count) with health field training preferred.
- Experience leading complex products/clinical development for pipeline and on-market support; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Ability to operate in complex, rules-driven environments; direct compliance knowledgeably and expeditiously.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to priority conflicts and resource constraints across multiple programs.
- Extensive knowledge of global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscape.
- Proven cross-functional global leadership; ability to act as HEOR champion and spokesperson.
- High goal-orientation and self-starter; ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage scientific personnel.
